My career in design began in 2004. I had previously been doing music and soundtrack composition for a long time, so the years spent working in timeline-based programs made the transition to interactive and visual media a natural one.
Beginning with websites and animated/interactive presentations, I gradually gained experience designing for print. Then after seeing how video was establishing itself on the web not only in it’s traditional role as entertainment but as a powerful and easily accessible marketing, storytelling and social media tool, I began acquiring professional-level equipment in order to create high-quality video and distinguish myself in a medium that combines all of the visual and audio skills I’ve developed over my lifetime. Film making combines artistry, graphics, sound, pacing, and storytelling. It’s a committment to a higher standard as more and more companies utilize quality video to establish trust, and tell their own unique stories.
